A: Ouroboros encircling a uterus-symbol with a six-bitted key. Above the uterus, a group of deities, from left to right: Isis, in a long robe, in profile to right, left hand raised in greeting, head crowned with the hieroglyph indicating her name; Anubis as mummy, head to right; Chnoubis in profile to left, with three rays above the head; mummy of Osiris, in profile to left,  with the solar disk on his head. Inscription outside the Ouroboros: σορο[- - -]εργ[- -]αρμαρφριουριγ → σοροορ-logos.
B: Inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
