A: Ouroboros, with head at top to left, encircling a uterus-symbol with a seven-bitted key. Uterus with fallopian tubes and ligaments. In the center: a group of deities standing above the uterus. At each side a goddess (probably Isis and Nephthys) with one hand raised in greeting, facing a figure squatting to front, with arms crossed and holding flails (the mummy of Osiris) in the middle. Inscription around the edge: ορωριουθ, three characteres, αηωααιουεαιιαω → ορωριουθ, vocales, Ἰάω.
B: Inscription in two lines: επιπ|οδια → ἐπί ποδία. 'Stand up!'.
In the interpretation of Ann E. Hanson, the gem is intended to hasten childbirth (okytokion).
