A: Ouroboros encircling a uterus-symbol with a six-bitted key, both upside-down. Uterus, with fallopian tubes and ligaments, inscribed (? - υυυ). Above the uterus, three crowned figures of deities, feet missing. In the center, the mummy of Osiris in bandage, with arms crossed in front of the chest, wearing the atef, complete with ram's horns and uraeus. Flanking him, Isis and Nephthys with wings held in a gesture of protection, both wearing the double feather crown (?). Around the uterus at the bottom, from right to left: αεηιουω → the Greek vowel series.
B: Inscribed in one line: ορωριουθου → variant of ορωριουθ.
