Pan; weapon: pedum; gesture, dancing; syrinx; star

A: Horned Pan standing to left, dancing and holding a syrinx to his mouth with his right hand, left hand holding a throwing stick. Inscription around the edge: letters, characteres and a six-pointed star.
B: Inscription in five lines: σε|φορο|ααπ|οπαντο|σκακου → [φύλασ]σε [τὸν] φορο[ῦντ]α ἀπὸ παντὸς κακοῦ.
'Protect the wearer (of this amulet) from all evil.'
