A: Ouroboros with head at top, to left, enclosing Sarapis seated to left upon a throne. Above the head of Sarapis, a scarab with outstretched wings, the throne rests on the back of a crocodile. The deity's right hand is extended over a scorpion, the left hand holds a tall scepter with an ibis at the top. In the lower segment, mummy of Osiris, lying on the back of a lion, striding in profile to left. Head of Osiris also to left and crowned with the solar disk. Inscription inside the Ouroboros, on the right: four lines of letters in pterygoma form. Inscription outside the Ouroboros, vowels in groups of seven.
B: Triads of animals, from top to bottom: scarabs, crowned falcons, goats, crocodiles and cobras.
C: Inscription around the edge: characteres and letters.
