A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour and mantle thrown over the right shoulder. Head to right, right hand raised and holding a whip, left hand hid behind a round shield. Inscription around the edge, in mirror-writing from right to left: σεμεσειλαμ, below the feet: ιαω →  Ἰάω.
B: Inscribed in two lines: λαιλαμ|αβρασαξ → Λαϊλαμ, Ἀβρασάξ.
