A: Frontal view of a lion-headed Anguipes, nimbate head to left, encircled by seven rays. Right hand outstretched and holding a whip, left hand holding patera (Henig - MacGregor) or a globe decorated with a cross (?). In the free field around the figure, three stars and signs. Greek inscription around the edge.
B: Inscription in four lines: με|ωμιζ|αμτομ|ιαωχ|ι → voces including Ἰάω.
