Divine Names & Voces:
Ἰάω
A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, nimbate head to left, encircled with double rays.
B: Ibis striding to left, tied (with a cord?) to an altar topped with three stalks of plant. Inscription beneath the groundline: ιαω → Ἰάω.
The gem shows close parallels with CBd-779.
