A: Encircled by an Ouroboros, with head at top, to right, Horus the child sitting on a lotus flower with two buds. Head to left and crowned with a lotus (?). Right hand raised to mouth, left hand holding a flail. Inscription around, beginning at top: κυκαωυραοντουαοκονοσξυιχρνο|λιοσσλσεδλσ|μυπ.
B: Inscribed in six lines: νεχεξμξ|ευλσκατω|δεδαχευλι|σσ?λλ??|λξεσρξλ||υωενεσ.
C: Inscription around the edge: οφισουσοροσσλολλοσουσοιν. (Inscriptions transcribed after Henig - MacGregor).
