A: Phoenix standing to left upon a column, topped by a globe. The head of the phoenix is encircled with a nimbus and seven rays. The globe is framed with diagonal notches, thus creating an akhet-sign. Above the phoenix, a scarab with outstretched wings. Below the column, a crocodile, to right. Pairs of animals on the sides: swallows facing inwards (top), scorpions crawling to top (center), rearing snakes with protectively raised 'hands' (bottom). (For an interpretation, cf. CBd-2.) Beside the phoenix, to left and right, inverted S-s imitating the Chnoubis-sign.
B: Inscription in two lines: πεπ|τε → πέπτε. 'Digest!'. Beneath: Chnoubis-sign.
