A: Encircled by an Ouroboros, frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes, head to right, wearing armour and mantle. Right hand raised high and holding a whip, left hand holding a shield, inscribed: σλ|θρ|σχη. Inscription below the shield: ημουφ. Vocales in pterygoma form below the snake's legs: ωωωωωωω|υυυυυυ|οοοοο|ηηηιιιι|εαε. 
B: Horus as a child sitting with legs drawn up, on a lotus flower with two buds. He is crowned, right hand raised to mouth, left hand holding a flail. Inscription around, beginning at top right: ροηωηυηω|ηηειηαιφρη
Gold medallion: (d: 56,5 mm, th: 10,5 mm): busts of a man and a woman, facing each other. Above, winged figure clad in a long robe (Jesus Christ? angel?) holding wreaths in his outstretched hands held above the couple.
