A: Ouroboros, head at top in profile to left, encircling an uterus-symbol with a seven-bitted key and a group of deities. From left to right: mummy of the jackal-headed Anubis, head in profile to right; lion-headed Chnoubis with rays, in profile to left; and Isis, to left, wearing crown, tunic and mantle. Inscription outside the Ouroboros: σοροορμερφεργαρβαρφριουριγξ → σοροορ-logos.
B. Inscribed in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
