A: Osiris as a mummy, standing to front, wearing the atef-crown complete with ram's horns and uraei, holding flails in both hands. He is flanked by two winged goddesses with unspecified crowns, who raise their arms in a gesture of protection (Isis and Nephthys).
B: Inscription in two lines: ηχα|ρισ → ἡ χάρις. 'Grace.'
