A: Lion with a snake-headed tail, facing right, crowned with a disk and carrying the mummy of Osiris on its back. Osiris is bandaged, his head topped by a crown (perhaps a calathus); Anubis stands behind him with raised hands, holding an unidentified object. On each side of the scene, there is a crowned goddess, probably Nephthys on the left and Isis on the right, both wearing long garment and ribbons on their heads and raising their hands in adoration.
B: ιαωαι|σαβαω → voces including a variant of Ἰάω in the form of a palindrome and a variant of Σαβαώθ.
