Ἶσις
A: Bust of Sarapis, head in profile to left, crowned with a calathus. In front of the bust, an eight-pointed star. Below, an eagle with outstreched wings. Perforation just behind the modius.
B: Inscribed in three lines: νικ|αηε|ισισ → νικᾷ ἡ Εἶσις, "Isis is victorious!" 




Pierced through at the top, behind the modius.
