Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Green and yellow jasper. Intact, with minor chips. Acquired in Beirut.

A: Lizard from above, crawling to top. Above, a lying crescent, open to bottom. Letters scattered in the free field: πηρα. Perhaps → πηρά. 'Blind'?   
B: Inscribed in two lines: κανθε|σουλε → κανθὲ σ' οὕλε. 'Eye, be healthy!'
