A: On the left, a goddess (Isis?) in a long garment, standing to right, with arms raised in a protective gesture towards a small figure of Harpocrates. The latter is shown with the double crown, his hand raised to his mouth, sitting with legs drawn up on a uterus in the form of a cupping vessel, with a seven-bitted key below it. The key and the uterus are held by the ram-headed Chnum (?), seated on a throne, wearing a tunic, his head topped with the solar disk. Above: αεηιιουω → the Greek vowel series. Below the scene: ρ̣αλθεμιθ → voces.
B: ιαιαια|ηιηιιαω|σαβαωα[δ]|ωναι three characteres | two characteres σο[ρ]|οορ[ω]|ριουθ → characteres with voces, including Ἰάω, a variant of Σαβαώθ, Ἀδωναΐ, a variant of the σοροορ-logos and ορωριουθ.
