A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head to right. Right hand raised high and holding a whip, left hand hid behind an oval shield, inscribed with ια|ω → Ἰάω.
B: Inscription in five lines: ταλα|αραιω|ωαραoρo|vτoκo|vβαι → voces including vτoκo vβαι (perhaps Coptic for "thou art the lord of souls“).
