A: Frontal view of the cock-headed Anguipes in armour and mantle, head to right. Right hand raised high and holding a whip, left hand bent in elbow and holding a round shield. Below: ithyphallic baboon standing in profile to left, with paws raised in greeting, and solar disk on the head, between two scarabs seen from above, crawling to top. Inscription around, beginning at bottom left: ιαωνουβαζαονουκογαωιαιαωυφονβαν; at bottom: ιαω → voces including Ἰάω.
B: Four lines of letters and characteres. In the last line: ιαω → Ἰάω.
