A: Ouroboros, with head at top to right, encircling the surface of the gem divided into four quarters by double lines decorated with diagonal notches. Clockwise from top right: Harpocrates sitting with knees drawn up on a lotus flower with two buds, crowned with the solar disk, right hand raised to mouth, left hand holding a flail; scarab from above, crawling to top; falcon with the double crown, to right; standing baboon, crowned with the solar disk, one paw raised in greeting.
B: Inscribed in three lines: σεμ|εσιλ|αμψ → variant of σεμεσιλαμ.
C: Inscribed around the edge: αξηναριν → unidentified voces. (B-C: Henig)
