A: Inscription in four lines: οκα|τοικο|νενβο|ηθια → ὁ κατοικ{ο}<ῶ>ν ἐν βοηθ<ε>ίᾳ. (Psalm 90/91,1).
B: The Virgin sitting on a throne in profile to right, holding the Child upon her knees. On the right, a kneeling figure (Bonner: perhaps one of the Magi). All figures wearing nimbus around the head.
C: A small edifice, its tympanon decorated with diagonal lines, between two bending or kneeling figures, with a nimbus. Within the edifice a wrapped figure (Bonner: Jesus Christ or Lazarus).
D: The Holy Rider trampling a figure lying on the ground. The head of the rider is surrounded with a nimbus, he points his spear at the female figure on the ground.
