A: Ouroboros, head to left, encircling a uterus-symbol with a seven-bitted key, and a group of deities above it. On the left: the mummy of Anubis, head to right. In the centre: lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, head surrounded with four rays. On the right: Isis standing as if on the snake's tail, in a long robe, crowned, with right hand raised in greeting, left hand lowered beside the body. Inscription outside the Ouroboros, beginning at the top: σοροορμερφεργαρβαρμαφ[...]υηριγξ → σοροορ-logos
B: Inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
