Description: Transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Small chip on the edge.

A: Head of a bull.
B: Greek inscription in four lines: οεπι|τουαιμ|ατοσμε|λχιασ → ὁ ἐπὶ τοῦ αἷματος Μελχίας. Translated by A. Mastrocinque as "celui qui est préposé au sang, Melchias ", mentioned further possible interprtations.
