A: The mummy of Osiris, to front, surrounded by animals. Osiris is bandaged and wears the atef-crown (with ram's horns and uraei), arms crossed in front of his chest. Animals, from left to right: a falcon, in profile to right; a scarab, crawling vertically to top; a scorpion crawling horizontally to left; a jackal sitting in profile to left; a crocodile crawling diagonally upwards, to left. Beside the head of Osiris, on the left an eight-pointed star; on the right a crescent, open to left.
