A: Harpocrates sitting with knees bent, to left upon a lotus flower with two buds placed inside a papyrus boat. Harpocrates is crowned with the solar disk, his right hand is raised to mouth, his left hand holds a flail. To the left of Harpocrates, facing him, a standing baboon with paws raised in greeting, crowned with the solar disk. Behind Harpocrates on the right, a frog (?) sitting upon the rudder of the boat. Falcons perch at the two ends of the boat. In the free field above, to the left of Harpocrates' head, an eight-pointed star, to the right, a crescent, open to left.
B: Inscription in four lines: ιεοιεη|ιεοαηωη|ωαωαηο|εηο → vocales.
C: Inscription around the edge: ειοεωιαωιαηιαη → vocales including Ἰάω.
