A: In the center of the zodiac cycle, Harporates sitting to left with knees drawn up on a lotus flower. His right hand is raised to his mouth, his left hand holding a flail, head crowned with the solar disk. A snake crawls upwards on the stem of the lotus flower. On the left, from top to bottom: αωοε → vocales. On the right, letters and characteres.
B: Inscription in six lines: ωρε|χφυρια|μεριμφ|ιαωσεμ|εσιλα|μψ → voces including Ἰάω, variant of σεμεσειλαμ.
