A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head to right. Left hand holding a round shield, inscribed in two lines, with the letters: φρ|ηρ. Right hand bent in elbow and holding a whip. Inscription besides the snake-shaped feet, on the left: αρακ; on the right: ταοο → unidentified voces.
B: Inscription in three lines: ιαω|σεμεσειλαμ|αβρασαξ → Ἰάω; σεμεσειλαμ; Ἀβρασάξ.
