A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head to right. Right hand raised high and holding a whip, left hand holding a shield. Inscription in three lines: ιαωσαβαω[- - -]|[- - - ]|μιχαηλ → Ἰάω, Σαβαώ, unidentified voces, Μιχαήλ.
B: Hecate trimorph to front, surrounded with characteres. 
C: Figure of a child with hand raised to mouth, flanked by two lions in profile, striding towards him.
