A: Ouroboros encircling an inscription in six lines: ιανο|χτεπι|ακμην|ευσεφο|ρκιζωσ||οων → Ἀνοχ Τεπιαχ Μηνεύς ἐφορκίζω σ<ε> ό ὤν. 'I adjure you; ho on (see Ex. 3, 14; for a parallel text, see @CBd-1469). Below the Ouroboros: a monogram-like symbol? (Michel).
B: Fragments of an inscription in four lines: ααδα|[- -]αννιρα|[- -]ουεμβα|[- -]φαδη → unidentified voces.
