A: Aphrodite anadyomene in three-quarter view, wearing himation and wringing her hair. She is standing as if held by a jackal-headed and a donkey-headed figure, both wearing kilt and holding sa-signs in their outer hands. Three eight-pointed stars in the middle. Below their feet, a bandaged, crowned mummy lying with head to left (Osiris). At the bottom, a lion walking to left. Inscription around, beginning on the left: χυχ|βαχυχ|βαχυχ|βαχυχ|βακαξ.
B: Inscribed in seven lines: χυχβα|χυχβακ|αξιχυχβ|αδητο|φοθβα||ινχωω|ωχ → βαχαξιχυχ-logos.
