A: Mummy of Osiris in bandage, head crowned with the solar disk, to left, lying on the back of a lion striding left. Behind them: Anubis standing to left, with both arms raised. On both sides: Isis and Nephthys, with the double feathers crown on their heads, arms raised in greeting (or mourning).
B: Inscribed in three lines: βιβιουσ|αεηιουω|ιαω → part of βιβιου βιβιους, the Greek vowel series, Ἰάω.
