A: Uterus in the shape of a cupping vessel, with ligaments and fallopian tubes visible. Below: a seven-bitted key. Deities above the uterus, from left to right: Hermes(?), Anubis as a mummy, crowned head to right, Osiris as a mummy, to left, crowned with the solar disk, Isis with right hand raised in greeting, left hand holding a cornucopia. Inscription on the left side in two lines: αε|η; at the bottom: ιουω → the Greek vowel series. The scene is encircled by an Ouroboros. Inscription around the Ouroboros: πακααρ[- - -]ι → unidentified vox.
B: Inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
