A: Ouroboros enclosing uterus with key; letters scattered in the free field: ι α ω → Ἰάω. Above the uterus: Isis, to right, wearing a long garment and a crown on her head, her left hand raised in greeting; Chnoubis, to left, with unspecified head and four rays; Anubis as mummy, to left. Inscription outside the Ouroboros:  ωσαβ[.]ωαεη[. . .]ωαεηιο → Σαβαώ, twice the Greek vowel series.
B: Inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθια → ορωριουθ, variant of Ἰάω.
