A: Two Sarapis-figures. On the left: Zeus-Sarapis standing to left, wearing tunic and mantle, with a tall scepter in the left hand, right hand raised in greeting. He is crowned with the modius. On the right: Hades-Sarapis seated in profile to left on a throne. He is crowned with the modius and wears tunic and mantle. Left hand raised and leaning on a tall scepter, right hand resting on the head of Cerberus. Inscription around the scene: οπιστοσει[. . ."]"ηριοζ → ὁ πιστὸς εἶ [ἱκτ"]"ήριο{ζ}<ς>. 'You are the one to be trusted, the one to be prayed to.'
