Left hand holding a flail, right hand raised to mouth. To the left of the head, an eight-pointed star, to the right, a crescent. Around, triads of animals, clockwise: falcons (crowned with the double crown of Egypt), scarabs, goats, uraei, crocodiles.
B: Inscription in six lines: σθομβα|οληβαολη|σθομβαλχα|καμσου[.]|[.]ληοσθ||ομβλη → variant of σθομβα|ολη-logos.
C: Inscription: χαβραχφνεσχηρφικροφνυρωφωκωβ[. .] → variant of χαβραχ-logos.
