Upright oval gem, both faces flat, hexagonal section. 
A: Bust of Sarapis in profile, to left, with calathus on the head. Below the bust, a globe and a stick on a base.
Latin letters on the left: S IMP; on the right: DTS. Dots of division preceding the letters I and the D.
B: Plain.
C: Around the edge, a row of several miniature arc-like notches.
