Transverse oval gem with trapezoid section, edge diagonally cut, both faces flat. The obverse is polished, the reverse matt. Broken.
A: On the left, smaller standing nude figure to right, holding a spear in his right hand, left hand behind his back. Above the figure, a six-pointed star. In the centre, Isis with calathus on her head, wearing a tunic and a mantle, in her right hand a standard with a falcon. Next to her head, a six-pointed star. Isis faces Sarapis, who is seated on a throne, crowned with the calathus, right hand extended over Cerberus. The three-headed Cerberus is represented to front between Isis and Sarapis.
Inscription in two lines above and below the figures: εισζευ[σ]|σ[......] → εἷς Ζεὺ[ς] Σ[άραπις]. 'Zeus and Sarapis are the same.'
