Transverse oval gem, trapezoid section, both faces slightly convex, sharp edge. Without damage.
A: On the left, the bust of Isis in profile to right, crowned with a lotus crown. On the right, the bust of Sarapis in profile to left, calathus on the head. Both have ribbons in their hair. Between the figures, at the bottom, an eight-pointed star, at the top, a crescent open to top and an eight-pointed star. 
B: Plain.
