Above, two deities: Anubis as a mummy, in profile to right, holding a scepter, and Isis-Tyche in profile to left, draped, right hand raised and holding a key, left hand lowered beside the body and holding a cornucopia. Head crowned with the modius. Next to the uterus-symbol, in the middle: the ram-headed Khnum sitting on a throne, head, to left, crowned with the solar disk, right hand holding the handle of the key. Below the uterus: crowned Horus half-kneeling between the standing figures of Isis and Nephthys, right hand raised to mouth, left hand holding a flail. Both goddesses wear long garments and crowns, their winged arms are raised in a protective gesture. Inscription outside the Ouroboros, beginning at the top: σοροορμερφααρμαφφρουριγξ → σοροορ-logos.
