Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces fat. Shape 8–9. Mottled green chalcedony. Intact, save for minor abrasions.

A:
Lizard from above, crawling to top. Above, crescent moon pointing to bottom. Letters around: πηρα. Perhaps → πηρά. 'Blind'?
B: Inscription in two lines:κανθε|σουλε → κανθὲ σ' οὔλε. 'Eye, be healthy!' (The interpretation of 'σ' is uncertain. However, the inscription including 'σ' seems to appear more frequently on magical gems of the type.)
