Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite. Intact, save for a small abraded area on the lower left edge of side A.

A: Fully-bandaged mummy (Osiris) standing in profile to right , wearing a wig (?) on the head, and the solar disk. On the right side, three animals above each other. From top to bottom: a scarab, crawling head to top; a falcon facing left, crowned with the double crown of Egypt, and a lion, facing left.

 

B: Inscription in two lines: βαινχ|ωωωχ → Βαϊνχωωωχ.
