Description: Side A and B upright oval, both sides flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite with a metallic shine, intact. Set in a modern gold ring.
Purchased in 1846 at the L. Welzl von Wellenheim auction in Vienna.

A: Frontal view of a lion-headed Anguipes in armour, head to left, holding a whip in his right hand and a shield in his left hand. Six rays around the head. To the left of the figure, a swastika.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: πε|πτ|ε → πέπτε. 'Digest!' Below the inscription, a cross with triangular ends.
