Description: Upright oblong, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Prase, set in a modern silver pendant.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, head crowned with twelve rays and a nimbus. To the left side of the deity the crescent moon, to the right, a six-pointed star.
B: Greek inscription in two lines: χνο|υβισ → Χνουβίς.
