Description: Side A upright oval, convex, side B transverse oval, flat. Brownish green serpentinite. Chipped and abraded at the top and bottom of side A, and along the edge on side B.
A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, head crowned with seven rays and a nimbus. Inscribed between the rays: χ[νουβι]σ → Χ[νουβί]ς?
B: Greek inscription around the edge, and continued in the centre: φυλαζονυγειηστομαχον|προκλου→ φύλα<ξ>ον ὑγ{ε}ιῆ στομάχον Πρόκλου. 'Keep Proclos' stomach healthy!' (C. Bonner).
