Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Lapis lazuli. Large chips broken off and missing at the bottom and the right side of A.

A: Harpocrates riding a goose, to left. His right hand is raised to his mouth, his left hand holds a flail. His head is crowned with the solar disk, side-lock of youth visible.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: κρα|του|αθ → κρατουαθ.
