Description: Transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Lapis lazuli. Chipped at the edges.
A: The young Horus sits with both knees drawn up on a lotus flower without buds, placed inside a papyrus boat, facing left. His left hand is raised to his mouth, the right hand holds a flail. His head is crowned with the solar disk. Thoth sits to the left of Harpocrates, facing him. The ibis-headed deity wears the atef crown complete with ram's horns. A lion-headed (?) female (?) figure crowned with the solar disk (?) sits on the right (Mastrocinque: Anubis), with rudder in hand. A phoenix or falcon (?) perches at the prow, there is a coiled snake with four wings behind the boat. The bandaged mummy of Osiris, with head to left and crowned with a solar disk, lies under the boat.
B: Greek inscription in four lines: ιεωαιη|ιαωουευαιηαη|ιωηωαιηουε|υωαηεευ → vocales.
C: Greek inscription : ιωεηοιωαεηυωυω (A. Mastrocinque); ηιυεηοωαεηυωυω (CBd, tentative reading) → vocales.
