Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Green agate with brownish-yellowish parts. Chipped along the bottom edge, cracked along the upper third part of side A.

A: Harpocrates seated with legs extended on a lotus flower with two buds, facing left, crowned with the solar disk, and holding the flail in his left hand, right hand raised to mouth.
B: λω|λεηιουω → αω αεηιουω, variant of Ἰάω, the Greek vowel series.
