Description: Upright oval, both sides flat. Shape 8–9. Black steatite. Surface much abraded.

A: Traces of a figure draped in bandage-like clothing, and crowned with a tall feather crown (?), surrounded with unidentified signs (S. Michel: Hecate trimorphos).
B: A figure – probably Harpocrates – sitting on a lotus flower with two buds.
C: Inscribed around the edge: ευλσ|ιηψισ|ι character υι → unidentified voces and a character.
