Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Surface scratched, otherwise intact.

A: Helios riding a lion, facing right, crowned with six rays, raising his left hand in greeting and holding an unindentified object (Mastrocinque: key?) in his right hand. There is a five-pointed star above the head of the lion.
B: ιαω|αιω → Ἰάω, anagramma for Ἰάω.
