Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Blue glass paste imitating lapis lazuli. Chipped at the upper edge, cracked on the reverse.
A: Frontal view of a four-winged Bes-Pantheos in kilt, standing to front on an Ouroboros-cartouche enclosing indistinct signs. Head framed by three-three animal protomes on both sides, and topped with a crown (atef? – missing). Hands holding scepters. The figure is ithyphallic, a scorpion's tail projects to the left of the hips, knees are decorated with tufts, feet are in the shape of jackal's heads. B: Greek inscription in one line: λαιλαμ → Λαϊλαμ.
